General terms and conditions apply for the settlement of service costs for energy, namely:
1. The General Terms and Conditions of SSH,
2. The Terms and Conditions City Heat of Eneco,
3. The General Terms and Conditions Drinking Water of Vitens,
4. The General Terms and Conditions of Stedin Netbeheer,
5. The General Terms and Conditions of InWarmte with the exception of articles: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 18, 23, 24 and 25 (which relate to energy supply instead of service charge settlement).
